HISTORICAL BACKGROUND

Wachild Company Limited, a Real Estate Development Company was incorporated Twenty-Two(22)years ago as a Limited liability Company on the 7th January,1997 under the companies Code Act 1963 of Ghana for the authorized business of building & Construction of Roads,Imports & Exports of General Goods and other lines of General Trading Business.

Wachild earlier code business was building and selling of properties on behalf of clients,but it has now shifted to Real Estate Development.The company has also established Wachild Wire Mesh Factory as a division of Wachild Company Limited.It is the company believes that the establishment of Wachild Wire Mesh Factory will reduce the cost of building affordable housing by 30%,reduce time for construction;in sum the overall purpose of establishment of Wachild Wire Mesh Factory is to reduce the cost of affordable housing,expedient building of affordable houses in Ghana and to create jobs for Ghanaian youth.

Our Achievements

The company has made significant achievements within this period among which are;Five(5)Storey Hotel/Casino Complex at Osu off the Oxford Street which was completed in the year 2012 adjacent to the Mark Coffie Building,Redevelopment of the Former American Embassy Office to a commercial building,the property housing Fidelity Bank on the Ring Road Central Asylum Down is also part of our redevelopment projects.The Renovation of the Accra Community Center,Building and Building of Offices and Homes for Companies such as Charter House and Ernest Chemist.

The Company has grown from strength to strength with a humble beginning of staff of Three (3) in 1997 to Forty (44) at present,with Twelve (12) Management of Staff and Twenty-Eight (28) Construction Workers.

At present, the Company has become one of the leading and sought after in the industry,Real Estate in Ghana,it is currently developing enviable projects in strategic locations in Accra and elsewhere.Some of these projects are located at Sapeiman Ga West Accra and Tema after Community Twenty-Five(25) near Dawhenya

2019 - Wachild Wire Mesh Factory

The Company has diversified its investment portfolio by establishing the Wachild Wire Mesh Factory and engaged in the production of Wire Baling Annealed Black,Wire mesh fence,Wire mesh gates and doors,Square or rectangle wire mesh and wire wavering mesh,Barbed wire,Hexagonal Wire Nettings,Welded Mesh,Chain Link Fencing,Expanded Metals,Razor Wire,BRC Mesh and Crimped Mesh in accordance with the designs and concepts of its customers.

The aim and purpose of this business is to reduce the cost of providing affordable housing in Ghana;and to identify its potential future target customers,explain its marketing strategy,and to protect future expansion plan of operations and marketing so that Wachild Company Limited can substantially increase profitability.

The construction of Wachild Wire Mesh Factory at Sapeiman

2012-2017 Development 48 Acres Land at Sapeiman

We developed 48 Acres Land at Sapeiman building 2, 3 & 4 bedroom houses with a police station and a barracks for police within the complex for the whole community usage.

2014 - Development of four (4) Bedroom Storey Building at East Legon

Development of four (4) Bedroom Storey Building at East Legon,House No.716 Banana Street.

2013 - Redevelopments

Redevelopment of four (4) Bedroom Semi-Detached House/Boys Quarters at Cantonment.House No. 4a,5th Avenue Extension,Cantonment.

Redevelopment of the former American Embassy Office from(1)Storey to Two Storey commercial building in Osu near fire fly currently used by Food Corners (Pinocchio)

Redevelopment of the property housing Fidelity Bank on the Ring Road Central,Asylum Down.

Develop 30 Acres of Land at Dawhenya, built 10 Houses,serviced and sold 170 plots of Land.Service provided include,Roads,Water and Electricity.

2008 Sandcrete Products for sale

Sandcrete Products for sale -Types of Blocks include;5 inches Hollow and Solid sandcrete, 6 inches Hollow and sandcrete.Produced 30,000 Blocks in 2008.

2003 - Charter House- built a 3-storey Office

Charter House- built a 3-storey Office complex at North Industrial Area, Accra for CharterHouse Company Accra.

2003 - Acquired properties for Charter House

Acquired properties for Charter House at East Legon, Airport and Spintex Road.

1998 Property Consultant and Broker for Ernest Chemist

Property Consultant and Broker for Ernest Chemist -helped to build his present Office Building on the Ring Road Central,Built his pharmaceutical Factory at Tema and other personal Properties located within the Accra Metropolis.
